Every Corporate Inmate product is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Read the size guide before you order. We mean it.

What we fix

Defective. Wrong. We Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — wrong item, misprint, manufacturing error — we will make it right. No argument. No runaround.

Time limit

The 7-Day Rule

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report an issue. After that we cannot process a claim. Check your order when it arrives.

How to report

One Email. That's It.

Email christine@corporateinmate.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days and handle it from there.

Refunds

How It Gets Resolved

Approved claims are resolved by reprint or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Lost or stolen

Once It's Delivered

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
